DeKalb County is served by three power companies. Call the power company from whom you receive your power bill if the street light in question is in your neighborhood. Citizen should be prepared to supply a street address, landmark, pole number or to mark the pole with a ribbon since the crew responds to these calls during datelight hours.

I interviewed a resident on Dogwood Lane on May 4, 2012 to determine whether the problem had been addressed. I was told it had not.
