    With the recommendation of Police Services Technician II Eddie Simlin through his CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) report, we would like to address the three trees on the east side of Ahn's Quarter Pound Burger restaurant and the bushes on north side of the restaurant. For the trees, we would like to ideally remove them, but if that is not an option, to have them trimmed on a regular reoccurring basis for at least a year. For the bushes in the front, we would like to have them trimmed as well.

    On corner of pleasant st and fruitvale ave the vines and weeds are so overgrown that they consume half of the sidewalk including the wheelchair accessible sidewalk access. Plus, there is trash and debris all around. Presents an obstacle for anyone on a wheelchair and also is a health hazard as vines and weeds are infested with rats. Needs to be cut down immediately.

    These weeds are over grown and dry they are a fire hazard. Every time the city workers come to clean the lot, they never do the outside of the fence or around the city trees on the side walk. It’s just neglectful. It has been like this for a month now.

    This is an illegal boarding house (in a single-family residence neighborhood) that serves as de facto dispatch center for criminals. It is blighted, has abandoned cars all the time and now this not insignificant fire danger. (Drunks from the very nearby Sequoyah Country Club toss their smokes and garbage out the car window as they drive by this place.) Help!

I am letting the city know so this property owner can be notified to cut this mess and clean-up his property. If our properties catch fire we will persue the city for damages.
