I know that the ACLU is trying their best to turn our town into a MadMax open air drug scene, but I'm pretty sure that the Boise v. Martin ruling says that we have to let the homeless "camp" on public property, not establish permanent structures.

Can we please have these fine gentlemen deconstruct their pallet cabanas?

My property at 30 Indian Road backs up to City of San Rafael Open Space. My property is firesafe. Just over the fence to the open space are tall grasses, weeds, inches of leaf litter, fallen tree limbs, etc. which have never been thinned or firesafed.

I thought we made it illegal to camp in Albert Park, why are you not enforcing this??

I'm so sick of this drug and homeless camping that you're all allowing to fester in our city. I thought we were a nation of laws. I swear to God if you don't start cleaning up the illegal camps on Anderson, the creek, and Francisco the secondthe SCOTUS ruling in April/May voids the injunction against San Rafael, I'm going to bring a public nuisance suit against the cit like they did in Phoenix..

Homeless tent with man who regularly shouts at my tenants and has hit cars with his stuff. He is starting to scare my tenants as well as their customers.

There are dozens of homeless encampments violating current law all along Anderson. This is a MASSIVE fire hazard with plywood, wooden platforms and multiple sites tied together and up against buildings with no fire-breaks. Please enforce the laws before someone gets hurt.

There is a substantial encampment on East Francisco, San Rafael, across from the Burger King where no one should be living. Please remove it as soon as possible.

This camp is at the rear of the Falkirk above the rear parking lot at the flat asphsalt area near the old Falkirk kitchen. This is about 20 steps beyond the parking lot.
I have called the non-emergency line a few times about this.
