The concrete drain has sunken and cracked.
Some of the vehicles entering the parking lot are bottoming out and we were wondering if this could be fixed?

Southbound Milwaukee in the curb lane in the middle of the intersection of Ballard and Milwauikee there is a sinkhole forming. Can you please notify IDOT and follow up.

Roots are lifting sidewalk squares. Sidewalk was previously replaced b/c of roots. I put in a SR for forestry to check the roots as well. Resident's contact number is 847-997-7627

Carpenter ants' nest

the magnolia tree near the driveway is dead. It has a large hole in it. Resident asks if we can remove. Please call Evalina (daughter) 773-318-0944

Todd, Village of Niles arborist, identified two dead trees in backyard of this residence. He was supposed to follow up using the process to have homeowner accountable for their removable. I have not heard or seen any positive action. Please follow up with Todd on this issue.

There is no grass in the backyard, only one foot weeds and dead branches. The north side of garage has dead branches piled. The driveway is filled with dead branches and debris. I think there is a possum living in the backyard or garage. She was very pregnant last time I saw her waddling down the driveway.

The front of the house has awnings that have never been washed.

As neighboring this residence, it is an embarrassment to have family and friends see this deplorable property while visiting me.
