Big pothole as you driver on Peeler and get on Chamblee Dunwoody Rd

Both sets of crosswalks at Brook RunPark Balls Fields need to be restriped.

Clean up required from repaving last year. Also, request the crosswalk be restriped.

Before the entrance to the Dunwoody Baptist Church school building, there is a pothole that I drove over and immediately put a gash in my tire.
I had to have a tow truck come to change my tire. He took my destroyed tire with him and now I have to pay $500 for my new tire on my Tesla.

This gouge is at 5592 Mill Trace Dr it is a hazard for bikes and pedestrians

The refuge island in front of the apartment complex on the east side of the road needs to be painted with yellow reflective paint as it is very hard to see by day and worse by night.
