Description

There have been several occasions when I've seen groups of people forced to walk in the street because the sidewalk at this location is narrow to the point that it does not permit two-way traffic.

There's nothing structurally wrong with the sidewalk, rather the business located here (they seem to do metal sculptures) stores all of it's products on the sidewalk and in the side parking lot.

I have no problem with art, and no problem with the business storing it's wares outside, but this is a PUBLIC sidewalk - not a private storage space for this business.

Does anyone know right off the bat which department this complaint should be directed to?
