There is a car parked in the red zone on 74th and Holly right in front of an trailer that has been parked there for MONTHS! The police have been out to talk to the guy that owns about 4-5 cars in the area. He moved them while they were here and now all of them are back. He consistently leaves these cars parked on 74th ave for weeks at a time.
