Description

The Rail Road bridge that goes over Aiken Ave does not have the proper height sign. The road inclines and the side were Ring Street is in lower the the South Street side there have been numerous time large trucks have hit the bridge and have done damage to there vehicle's. Questions where asked to the city they said it was Amtrak's business and Amtrak say's it is the city of Rensselaer problem. Who's is at fault and who's responsibility is it?
