Thank you for reporting! That particular project is a temporary patch over a repair until we (Vallejo Flood & Wastewater District) can repave it permanently. We will be doing patch paving work in the upcoming months, but don't have an exact timeline for that section yet. The City let us know that they will be doing a paving project on this portion of Tennessee next year which should resolve the other issues you mention. It's helpful when we know in advance, so we can do any needed work on the sewer or stormwater pipes and not have to disturb fresh asphalt.
