At the intersection of Lovers and North Central expressway there is been an increased population of individuals panhandling and living. Due to this there are mountains of trash stuffed in the barricades graffiti on the barricades and trash on the sidewalks for the exit ramp going up to 75 as well as the ramp coming off of 75.
