Several years have passed and ... the county does nothing but spend taxpayer $$ to occasionally cut back some of the plant material between the high wall and the sidewalk. The county does nothing to require property owners who "back onto" the east side of Tennyson to keep the sidewalk clear. (Someone who lives in one of the homes backing between San Rafael and DelRey has used vegetation killer to take care of the nasty weeds and shrubs that grow between the sidewalk and the curb. But ... not everyone's is clear.) So ... at present all the trees, shrubs, grasses and weeds are ready to take over the sidewalk again, still - with winter weather coming. That means no place for residents to walk, except in the street. Shame!! Someone somewhere in the BernCo offices needs to make homeowners take care of their properties so that taxpayer $$ aren't doing it.
