Description
Dangerous situation at intersection of Spring Forest (SF) Rd and US 401N Louisburg Rd.. Turning left from Spring Forest Rd. onto US 401N the traffic lights are in the wrong location which causes confusion for the drivers turning left as they see a green light and can easily ignore or not even notice that the light is red for them. The lights need to be further back onto Spring Forest Rd. so they can safely be seen and control the SF traffic. Please, please visit this location to see this situation and make necessary adjustments by moving or adding additional traffic lights. I've seen too many near accidents at that location for vehicles turning left going thru a red light directly into the paths of oncoming traffic
