Not sure if anyone has inspected it. It has not fallen over--maybe it never will.

There is no way of knowing. I leave it up to who has the most to loose which is the property owner at the tree. There are several trees with limbs, dead limbs, along Orange St that can fall and property owners should take note. I have done what I can here.
