Way too much drug dealing,using,panhandling in this area . Shameless. Hostility,fighting,bullying.
Now they continue their criminal behaviour back and forth on free buses.
Threats are non stop.Stolen vehicles. Landlords as we know are not their parents but do have a responsibility.
