We "close" a See Click Fix issue once we've acknowledged the complaint; however, this issue is not "Closed" per se; it will remain an "Open" case with us until it is corrected. A Code Enforcement Officer has inspected the property on 8/13/14 and has sent the owner notice(s) to fix the violation(s). Since this is private property, the City will seek voluntary compliance (of the violations) from the property owner to fix the violation(s). This process may not yield a quick response, but we do our best to work with the property owner to get the violations corrected. Since this is private property, there is due process involved.
