It seem the homeless have large amount of people here. Where can you get homeless to work in yard and repair house? Va beach should allow tax paying resident to use homeless for labor and feed them

Homeless issues are real. these people have lost everything for one reason or another. The city needs to what other countrys do. They need to shelter them in one central location, provide food and medical attention that is needed, and rugged clothing. Then allow taxpayers to come in and select workers to perform manual labor for there property, company, or community for free. If they refuse to work, the city should stop caring for them and put them in a chain gang. It it a very logical use for these people.

Alpha, please try to take this seriously. The site works, and it works well. The city and the Seeclickfix team make a winning pair. No doubt about it.
