Description

This block of the M St cycletrack needed repair because it was pitted where parked cars were damaging the road surface. A few weeks ago DDOT patched over these pitted spots in other to smooth out the cycletrack. The issue is that the patches are not flat. The road surface is now bumpy--it is riding over a series of small speed bumps. The repair isn't a repair but a new problem. I suspect this should be smashed down to be flat with the road or else scraped up and done again.
