Description

No parking, alot of register vechcles stationed over night daily with PA license plates. Home owners are very upset about parking situation.Noisy complaints, music being play all night and alot of street Cats all Over. They're even in your yard and under your car. Where is animal control!!!! It's Disgusting that no cleans in front of their home. It even smells like cat pee and it's all because of this one lady who feeds the cats and has 3 pittbulls. the home dirty and smells from the outside. Someone please Help
