Description

Actively renting property weekly which appears to have begun at least going back to March 2023 (see reviews on Airbnb site). Eight photos
including seven of vehicles attempted to upload but I can only see street view of house photo so hope all came through for your review. Violation of Ordinance Bill No. 6-7-22-3, 7.100.020 and 7.100.030 as subject Short Term Rental is operating without business license by Clark County (further, no license with Nevada Secretary of State). Remodel with extensive modifications were apparently made (online photos of property for sale and online Airbnb advertisement) with no evidence of permits posted nor inspections by County officials. Two fireplaces removed and bathtubs removed with showers installed would require permitting.
