It's a trailer for goodness sake, it had wheels at one time look at the trailer hitch!! Get it off the street..

Relax, Giants Fan Forever, it's not even your request! If it doesn't have an axle, it's not considered a vehicle and can not be "towed" under the vehicle code. Public Works would dispose of it as garbage, "illegal dumping". If they get out there and determines it does have an axle, then we'll go out and have it towed. Either way, it will get taken care of.

vpd..traffic, Thank you for clarifying. Now I know when I see something with no axel, it will get towed sooner or later.
