I reported this traffic signal last month, it was acknowledged, and it was subsequently closed. Problem still exists. This time, the traffic light at Humphrey St and East St will cycle through HumphreyStt then it will go to pedestrian walk and it willthen recycle Humphrey St once again totally skipping north/southcyclec on East Street. Traffic light at Lombard and Clinton is doing the same now.Unsure iff somebody’s compromising with thecity's traffic grid syste but this light (as well as the other) should be reprogrammed the way it wasn
