Description
Drexelbrook has many "No Thru Traffic" signs. But low and behold, I see that most of the cars lack Drexelbrook Parking stickers. Also, these people ignore the speed limit and stop signs. When you hit a deer and total your car you might learn your lesson.

Any contact with the UDPD? I've always wondered how enforceable "No Thru Traffic" or "Local Traffic Only" signs are.
