Description

This 3-way intersection (which is not correct on the map here) is too busy and needs a left-turn arrow. Most times, it takes 2 or 3 light changes to be able to make a left off of W7th and onto Osceola.
This is a busy, vibrant intersection and the neighborhood deserves some assistance here.
