Description

Right turn on red is currently allowed from two lanes from the exit ramp from 494N to Valley Creek Road. Drivers on the exit ramp wanting to make a right turn on red have to pull up to see to their left, sometimes almost hitting cars driving over the bridge on Valley Creek Road who have the green light. The bridge blocks the view for drivers sitting at the top of the exit ramp wanting to make a right turn on red. For this reason, I feel right turns on red should not be allowed from this exit ramp.
