Here we April 1st 2012. The street light is still out. It appears it's cheaper for Worcester to be ripped off by the contractor and all the "neighbors" to just ignore the problem. The whole area is owned by out-of-town slumlords anyway, so why bother. Blight is cheap.

Apparently DPW&P has potholes in their organization. Look at your reply a little closer. This issue is not about potholes.
