10/18 - Per the previous request's submitted, Stormwater division is responsible for maintenance and repairs, not structural/ hydrological engineered changes. Any changes you are requesting needs to go through City Hall Planning and Engineering. Your request are not being ignored, they need to go through the proper channels and not through the SeeClickFix app. Stormwater division can not resolve the issue you are requesting. Please contact the city directly with your questions.
