Description

The street in front of 150 Willow Street and nearby has been a problem for several years. This low spot in the road accumulates water that splashes on the sidewalk when cars drive by and also creates potholes. Pedestrians on the sidewalk get splashed when cars drive through the puddles. In the winter, the potholes are worse. Cars sometimes swerve into the oncoming lane to avoid the potholes or the water. There are additional, old potholes at the Willow Street entrance to East Rock school. Those potholes look small, but they are jarring to drive over. Please fix these problems on this heavily traveled street.
