Description

There is currently a black SUV parked blocking the entire crosswalk on purpose. They were halfway blocking it and when I asked them to move, they fully blocked it to spite me. I doubt parking enforcement will see this in time to give them a ticket but great if they do. I just wanted this documented so that some better solutions could be found here to actually prevent this illegal and dangerous parking, such as by putting out some cones or bike lane delineators around the crosswalk.
