Email received 2/18/2024 Hello I called your office on 2/16 to report a clogged storm Drain on the SW corner of Betlen Dr & Inclined Pl. You sent out a crew later that same day, when they left it looked like the drain was working. On 2/18 I noticed the drain was still clogged. There is no drainage....in fact water is flowing up and out of the drain. I thank you for your prompt response, but drain still needs work!!
