today at 4:56pm the traffic signal for northbound Doyle St at Powell failed to detect me on my bicycle and did not give me a green light
after I pulled up to the signal the pedestrian walk light on just the west side of the intersection came on, and then eventually when southbound Doyle St traffic arrived at the signal they got a green light, but I never got a green northbound until the next signal phase after car traffic pulled up behind me
this signal had similar actuation & phasing issues for Doyle St after it was originally installed, but then this was fixed and it was working brilliantly for a while - but now it has returned to horribleness - please fix it permanentlybnn

Oakland turned off public commenting on their SeeClickFix reports & Emeryville should do the same. Commenting here has absolutely zero impact other than annoying people who are just trying to get stuff fixed in their community.
