  Good luck with code enforcement. Maybe if we asked Sheriff's dept they would look into it. The guy is seen publicly urinating at trail head. Looks great with teens walking by.

  I’ve seen this white van for about 1 month now parked at New Bedford/Pueblo Way near the AT&T boxes and sometimes parked at the entrance gateway of the trail there. It’s a white male with a beard. I feel unsafe walking in the mornings and I’ve seen him several times around 1:00 and 2:00 am driving around the Glen Cove in my area. There is a neighbor across the street from me who is a nurse and she’s seen him driving around our neighborhood like he’s casing the homes in the areas between Pueblo Way, Sunfish, and Seascape Drive areas early in the mornings.
