I purchased my condo nearly three years ago and these neighbors have always had a horrific urine odor coming from their unit. It extends into the hall. Ive seen inside their unit when the door was open and there is garbage everywhere. The HOA is too scared to do anything. I wouldnt doubt their are insects plus a fire and health hazard. Somedays the odor takes over the hall and elevator ans sometimes its a little less agressive. All you need to do is walk by their door and you will get the idea.
