Description

At the intersections of Clinton & Spragins, and Homes & Spragins, false operation of the bicycle lane lights when NO bicycle is around. ANNOYING. In addition, the sequence of the traffic lights such that if going north or south on Spragins, it takes two (2) light cycles to travel these two (2) intersections. Also annoying. Some relief would be nice. Thank you.
