Description

Caller is reporting a large chunk of asphalt that has diminished as he is driving towards his driveway. He states that it is about a 15' area that needs repaired. Caller made this request about 6 months ago and today they came out to do repair work, but they fixed the street by his neighbor's house and not his area. He states that the area is severely cracked and that when driving towards his driveway there is a large section that causes his vehicle to bump downwards.
