Tapper and Griffin Drive the street lights are out. Children and elderly people getting off the bus are using flashlights on their phones to walk the street. Super unsafe for people. Gang members are taking the opportunity to shoot at rival gang members as they drive through Griffin drive. Please fix the light here. Please!!
