Description

Another city project had dumped a big pile of sand in the street right where recycle bins are put out. Pinard truck was unable to maneuver so arm could pick up safely. He could barely get down the street with another houses construction van & materials, there was just enough room for a personal vehicle to get by. So, bins were not taken & are already full.
