Description
There is a car that appears to have been in an accident on the Stafford Avenue side of 5212 Clark Avenue driveway. The car has been there for months. This is a rental house used by NCSU students. This house could have code violations which should be looked into as well.

My apology. The correct address is 2512 Clark Avenue. This building is rented by numerous students. There is also another rental building behind the house. The driveway goes from Clark Avenue all the way through to Stafford Avenue. To access this driveway via Stafford Avenue, it is located on the right side of Stafford just after the first two houses on the right as you come from the Raleigh Little Theater. The damaged car is parked on that end of the driveway. In addition, the driveway is very broken and cars have trouble using it. Perhaps that can be looked into too as these student tenants must navigate it.
