It's been there all weekend. Stopped to check it out. Hope it isn't a neighbor with a broken down vehicle. If it were mine, I would've left a note or something. It happens a lot though. Just want to find the owner and make sure it's moved before an accident occurs.

Yep, I saw it for the first time today on my way home. There's so many cars that will sit there for days. My husband bikes to work and will report it after 5 days, which was our plan for this gray sedan. We both remarked how that corner just has some "bad juju." No parking signs could hopefully prevent vehicles from parking there for safety concerns. Thanks for reporting, usually folks leave a note or hang a rag out if it's inoperable.

I will ask Capt. Lull to send an officer out. When he's had a chance to respond I will update this issue.
