At Hennngs street and 21 mile road in Chesterfield....
About 100 cars a day driving eastbound on 21 mile road miss the I-94 entrances and make a U turn in the middle of this intersection, right in front of a No U Turn sign!!!. This is the first available turnaround for drivers that miss the 94 entrances.
When I am turning onto Hennings street (which I live on) from eastbound center turn lane on 21 mile, its common to turn into a car that is un-expectantly making a u turn rather than turning down the street.
Seen many near accidents and never a citation. Police station is only a half mile away. What up with this!?
