This picture and locale is in the town of hamden. I don't know if dan should have picked it up or left it.It looks as if the illegal dumpers were spooked and left in a hurry, as they left their tarp behind..If i worked there and had a pick up truck i would have probably picked it up also, but dumpers do take note , no one will say anything and a truck comes immediately
