This is an ongoing problem with the neighbors at the corner of Brookside and Willow (with the van and trailer) and at Glascock and Willow (with all the VWs). They can completely block the road and park cars on it that they never, ever move (625 Glascock). It has become a personal parking lot instead of a road. And yes, it is very narrow and difficult to maneuver with these vehicles there because of the steep ditches on either side. The guy at 625 Glascock just keeps moving tags around to evade the law and needs to be stopped. He and all of his cars are a nuisance to the neighborhood.

Just to clairify for the city's benefit, I was talking about the corner of Edmund and Willow not Glascock and Brookside with my complaint.

Our officer was able to contact the owner of the van, who moved it. The license was provided to the Community Policing Officer so he can keep an eye out going forware.
