Description
Would someone (city official) ask the owner of this house to trim back their hedges. It is overgrown pushing out over half of the sidewalk. This sidewalk is heavily use for parents and kids to walk to Ridgecrest Elementary School. People can barely pass this hedge without yielding.

We contacted the site resident and requested that the trim back the hedge. Will check back by July 20, 2012 to make sure it is completed.
