I was there yesterday I believe and I found syringe caps with a white substabce, emty marijyana and heroin bags. Lots if them! Cigg butts everywhere and to top it off a newer fence wad being installed.by another bunch of litter bugs. They smoked and threw their butts. The city of newhaven should clean the parj before putting in a newer fence. Please clean our park so I can continue to use it for what it wad.intended for. Thanks

The park at the intersection of Ella T. Grasso Blvd. & Washington Ave. is Washington Playground---not Bay View Park. Could website administrator please move map marker?

The park at Ella Grasso Boulevard and Washington Avenue is being converted to a tennis court for youngsters sometime this summer. This may be why the City hasn't cleaned it up yet, knowing that there will be construction debris to also clean up shortly.
