Description

Second night in a row, approximately the same time (7-7:30pm). This time a pick up with head lights off, dropped trash on the go, leaving a trail down the street. My neighbor and I went out, she took a picture while I pulled a large trash bag and box of trash out of the middle of the street. Appears to be a lot of paper items - maybe a name and address can be found in this trash and the culprit identified. Thank you for your continued assistance.
