Nicole are Norfolk employees supposed to fix problems for Richmond. This is a Richmond problem that was reported in Norfolk. As far as I know there is nothing that Norfolk employees will do in Richmond. Since you do support, I would recommend that you close this and make sure that you e-mail the person and make sure that it gets opened in the correct city or it won't get fixed.
