HUGE pothole in alley due to water main break repair on 1/22/16. As you can see from the pic the hole is at least 10" deep. This was reported on 2/1/16 and marked closed on 2/2/16. This issue is NOT RESOLVED AND HAS GOTTEN WORSE. Multiple calls to Richmond Customer Care and the number referenced below by several neighbors have been useless, we can't get a live person. Please address appropriately and quickly!
