Still waiting for a response from the DPS, I understand saying that it has been reported to the city may make people think it is being fix, but I have reported by phone multiple time for the past 3 years and nothing has happened so until this is fixed you will keep seeing it as a new issue!

I have witnessed several times city employees coming to look at the property and then NOTHING HAPPENS. Plus over the years I have also entered "tickets" regarding the corner of this lot..... one issue is the stop sign is poorly placed (and still is even after some city staff just "moved the sign over on the pole" - NOT moving the pole which is what is needed to be done (even had to write City Council person just to get attention to the matter to begin with)). Then there's the issue of vines that hang from overhead trees blocking the view of the stop sign - one time a city staff came out, got out pruning sheers and used them only up to where he could reach (didn't even pull the ladder off the truck) and was less than 5 minutes then spent 15 minutes on his cell phone before driving away.

Are drainage issues ever resolved on this site or just acknowledged?

Just acknowledged, we had a river running through our front yard yesterday 5/17 and this morning 5/18.

As of yesterday, 5-17-18, and today, 5-18-18, the drainage ditch has massively overflowed onto Woodberry Lane and Glyndon Lane. Traffic was unable to pass along Woodberry Lane and Glyndon Lane. The city of Richmond needs to fix the drainage issues here, as it’s only become a bigger problem since the original report.
