I called this in to PD non emergency when I saw these lights flashing Sat at 8:49pm. I id'd myself as an Alderman and told them to send someone and alert TT&P immediately. I'll call TT&P now to follow up. SCF is great for some things, but for anything remotely dangerous folks must CALL these in to NHPD Non-emergency at 203.946.6316 or 911.
PS let's try not to have multiple scf issues open for the same issue.
Greg, I live near that intersection and drive through it many times during the day. I never saw NHPD directing traffic while the lights were flashing. Not even during the high traffic periods of the day. It was pretty much go at your own risk.

now we have to see how the "timing" is for this complex intersection...
