There are ice cream trucks circling the park all day on the weekend, starting from 10 am and not stopping until after 9pm when it's already dark.
Other businesses use visual advertising - signs, etc. -- that one can ignore. It's not possible to hide from the pervasive jingle that these 'businesses' are blaring all day as they circle the park to sell sugar to kids. There is a reason why it's illegal for a parked ice cream truck to play the jingle.
By the way, do you want to award a Nobel prize to the ice cream truck?
