Description

For weeks now the red light in the turning lane on route 100 south has not illuminated causing people to make left turn form 100 south onto moyer road when the oncoming traffic has a green light. I almost hit sombody turning left as i was traveling on route 100 north last week. Enough is enough, please fix this.
